Layout:
At the front of the property, you will find a well-maintained front garden with a spacious driveway, providing off-street parking for your car. The house can be accessed via both the front door and the side entrance.

Entering through the front door, you arrive in the welcoming hallway, which provides access to the guest toilet and the staircase leading to the first floor.

At the front of the house is the spacious living room, complete with a charming fireplace. Large windows and a beautiful bay window fill the room with natural light while offering pleasant views of the front garden, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

At the rear of the property is the true focal point of the home: the recently renovated, contemporary kitchen. Finished with a stunning marble worktop, the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and ample storage space. The kitchen island features a breakfast bar, while there is also plenty of room for a large dining table, making this the perfect space for both everyday living and entertaining.

Adjacent to the dining area is a generous separate room, currently used as a playroom. This versatile space can easily be adapted to suit your needs, whether as a home office, TV room, or hobby room. The built-in bookshelf will remain.

The rear façade is almost entirely made of glass, allowing an abundance of natural daylight to flood the living areas. Two sets of French doors provide direct access to the beautifully maintained rear garden. The garden features a spacious terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or a lounge set, as well as a lawn that creates a peaceful, green setting. Thanks to the lack of direct overlooking from neighbouring properties, you can enjoy a high degree of privacy.

The staircase leads to the first floor, where the landing provides access to three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The generous principal bedroom is situated at the rear and offers access to the balcony. At the front are two additional bedrooms, one larger and one smaller. The bathroom is fitted with a double washbasin and a walk-in shower. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.

The second floor offers two further generously sized bedrooms and a second bathroom, complete with a bathtub with shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. This floor also houses the connections for the washing machine and dryer.

In addition, the property benefits from a practical attic loft, providing valuable extra storage space for seasonal items, luggage, and other belongings.
