Willemsparkweg 57 1

*See English translation below*

Recently completed and fully turnkey two-bedroom apartment with lift access and an exceptionally generous living space, located on Willemsparkweg in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.

This stylish apartment has recently been completely renovated and is characterised by an exceptionally high standard of finish. While the property shares the same refined design language and choice of materials as the other apartment in the building, this floor has a distinct character of its own. The additional space is particularly evident in the living area, where an impressive floor-to-ceiling glazed rear façade spanning almost the full width of the apartment allows an abundance of natural light to enter. The greenery outside becomes part of the interior, creating a wonderfully open and peaceful atmosphere.

Warm wood tones, light natural stone, a herringbone floor and carefully crafted bespoke joinery feature throughout the property. The interior is understated and elegant, with comfort and quality at its core.

Tour
The communal entrance provides access to the apartment via both the staircase and the lift. Once inside, the hallway leads past the bedrooms and other rooms towards the heart of the property at the rear.

Here, an exceptionally generous living space unfolds, seamlessly combining cooking, dining and relaxing. The room is particularly wide and spacious, with the rear almost entirely enclosed by a floor-to-ceiling glazed façade. Where an outdoor space would normally interrupt the interior, the full area has instead been incorporated into the living room. This not only creates additional living space but also establishes a remarkable connection with the greenery behind the property. From inside, it almost feels as though the garden and surrounding treetops form part of the room.

At the centre of the living area is the bespoke kitchen with a large island. The light natural stone worktop provides an elegant contrast with the tall cabinetry finished in dark wood. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality integrated appliances, while the island also provides space for seating. Directly alongside the kitchen is the dining area, beautifully positioned beside the glazed façade.
The sitting area continues naturally from here and provides ample space for comfortable furnishings without compromising the open character of the room. The light herringbone floor, soft earthy tones and bespoke dark wood elements bring the different functions of the living space together effortlessly.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, both quietly positioned and finished in the same understated style as the rest of the property. The rooms are suitable for use as a principal bedroom and a second bedroom, home office or guest room.

The bathroom has also been finished with great attention to detail. Large tiles in a warm natural stone tone are combined with a floating bespoke vanity in dark wood, a double washbasin and two individual mirrors. Bronze-toned fittings and lighting provide a refined accent. The bathtub is fully integrated into the design and completes the space.
The property is offered fully furnished and turnkey. In particular, the combination of its more generous layout, spectacular glazed rear façade, high-quality bespoke finishes and calm interior design gives this apartment a distinctive character within the building.
