The Apartment
The property has its own private entrance directly from the street. The entrance hall provides ample space for coats and shoes and gives access to the staircase leading to the first floor.

The first-floor landing provides access to the toilet and the staircase leading to the upper floor. At the front is the bright and inviting living room. The large windows and unobstructed view over the greenery create a wonderfully light and airy atmosphere.
At the rear, the generous kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the home. The kitchen is fitted with built-in appliances and opens directly onto the southeast-facing balcony. The balcony enables you to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine and making the most of the sun throughout much of the day.

The front bedroom benefits from a dormer window, adding extra space and character. Positioned between the bedrooms is the stylish and comfortable bathroom, fitted with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and mirror.
