Wibautstraat metro station is within walking distance and offers a fast connection to Amsterdam Central and Amsterdam Amstel station, among others. Layout:
You enter the home through your own private entrance on the ground floor. What immediately stands out is the generous, open living space. Because the living and sleeping areas are currently arranged as a single unit, the home feels surprisingly spacious, allowing you to utilize the available square meters flexibly.
There is plenty of room to create various living functions, such as a comfortable seating area, a spacious dining area, and a sleeping area. Those who prefer more separate spaces can arrange this entirely according to their own wishes with a different layout.
The kitchen is separate and enclosed from the living area. The bathroom and toilet are also located in separate rooms. This leaves the large central space nicely free for living and sleeping. An apartment with a unique open layout that, precisely because of the generous living space, offers plenty of opportunities to make it truly your own place.
