The bedroom at the front is particularly spacious and extends across almost the full width of the property. Three large double-glazed windows offer lovely views over the wide, leafy street with mature trees. This bedroom also provides access to a small balcony. At the rear are two further bedrooms: a generous second bedroom and a slightly smaller third bedroom. Both enjoy peaceful green views over the quiet communal courtyard. There is also a small balcony at the rear. The centrally located, spacious bathroom was renovated in 2018 and features a bathtub, a large walk-in shower and a washbasin.
