A WONDERFUL PLACE IN OUD-WEST – COME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!

BRIGHT AND ATTRACTIVE LIVING ON J.J. CREMERPLEIN, WITH TWO TERRACES!

In a beautiful location in Amsterdam Oud-West, directly overlooking the green and popular J.J. Cremerplein, you will find this bright top-floor apartment of approximately 69 m². The apartment features two bedrooms (one is relatively small but could, if desired, be enlarged at the expense of the other bedroom), a spacious living/dining room, a terrace directly off the kitchen and, as an absolute highlight, a generous roof terrace of approximately 35 m² with a rooftop structure and unobstructed views across the city.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2017 and has recently been repainted. The kitchen and bathroom also date from 2017 and, although no longer brand-new, still provide an excellent basis. Depending on personal taste and preferences, the next owner can move straight in or choose to modernise the apartment further over time.

What certainly has not changed is the wonderful combination of a practical layout, plenty of natural light, two excellent outdoor spaces and, of course, the fantastic location. A delightful apartment in one of the most attractive parts of Oud-West.

LAYOUT

Entrance to the apartment on the third floor, with space for coats and storage and a private staircase leading to the fourth floor.

The kitchen with cooking island forms the heart of the apartment and is fitted with various built-in appliances, including a five-burner hob, oven, Bosch dishwasher, dual-zone wine climate cabinet and fridge/freezer combination.

From the kitchen, there is direct access to the spacious rear terrace of approximately 11 m². A lovely spot for outdoor dining or simply relaxing outside at the end of the day.

The bathroom features concrete ciré walls and is equipped with a double rain shower and double washbasin, combined with oiled oak details. The separate toilet has been finished in the same style.

At the front of the apartment are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features characteristic round windows with exterior shutters. The second room is ideal for use as a bedroom, home office or dressing room.

Oak engineered parquet flooring runs throughout the apartment.

ROOF TERRACE

And perhaps the best feature of the apartment: a fixed staircase leads to the rooftop structure and the generous roof terrace of approximately 35 m².

This is a wonderfully private outdoor space with beautiful views across Amsterdam. With both the terrace directly off the kitchen and the large roof terrace, this apartment offers an exceptional amount of outdoor space for a home in the heart of the city.
