Hoekse Nes offers comfortable apartments in the heart of Amsterdam Nieuw-West, within walking distance of green spaces, water, and all the amenities you need in daily life. The project consists of five identical buildings, carefully designed and inspired by the post-war urban planning of the neighborhood, with a contemporary twist. Brick and concrete in warm beige tones give the buildings a modern yet timeless character. They are surrounded by beautifully landscaped green public spaces.

Inside, the homes feature smart layouts that maximize space, modern installations, and high-quality finishes. Outside, you can enjoy spacious balconies that truly extend your living area.
