Sole Agent

Exceptional property located in the Provence heart, spread over a land with more than 70.5 hectares of forest on which various buildings are existing and all consisting as follows:

An individual villa in a modernist and unique style, completely rehabilitated in 2002 and signed by the famous architect Mr Jean-Michel Wilmotte with a given SHOB surface of 250 sq m / 186 sq m of SHON area, located at the top of a hill with 360 degree views over the forest, towards Tourtour, Flayosc and Salernes.

The villa is split on 2 levels:

On the ground floor: a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace and panoramic view over the swimming pool and its surroundings.
On the first floor: a mezzanine with a study area, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and an access to the roof terrace, offering a breathtaking view overlooking an ocean of trees.
On the lower floor - garden level: two bedrooms and two shower rooms with independent access.

The property also includes a landscaped garden that surrounds the house, two terraces, a saltwater swimming pool, a wooded forest ideal for walks, two natural springs and an old Templar chapel with 127 sq m SHOB, completely restored by the owner of the places, fallen in love of this exceptional domain.

The land could be, according to the indications given by the owner (subject to authorization), exploitable for olive groves or vineyards, private hunting ...

This atypical property also presents 4 vestiges dating from the time of the Templars and a Tower, which were themselves the subject of a building permit accepted in 2001 (which is no longer valid) for a complete renovation of these buildings.
The object of this permit included a guest house of 390 sq m SHOB, a caretaker's house of 244 sq m SHOB, a main house of 764 sq m SHOB (factory), a second house of 413 sq m SHOB (refectory) and a Tower of 59 sq m SHOB.
Or a total project area to be rehabilitated of 1,870 sq m (this information and indicative surfaces are SUBJECT to filing a new building permit and thus obtaining new rehabilitation authorizations and possibly studying a commercial destination, eg Hotel, etc.).

Exceptional property located in the Var hinterland, in the heart of the Provence with a preserved and intimate environment where life is so peaceful !
