With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 5-person elevator to all floors, even up to your rooftop terrace, this is the perfect penthouse in Oud-Zuid. The building has recently been renovated to a very high standard with Swiss precision, including the foundation.

Thanks to the meticulous renovation, the apartment combines the characteristic charm of 1903 with modern luxury and comfort. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating (adjustable by zone) and air conditioning, with the exception of the bathrooms.

Layout
Using a keyless entry system (with a fob or fingerprint), you open the front door, step into the stylish central hall, disarm your alarm system, and reach your apartment via the elevator or stairs. The elevator doors open directly into your bright, very spacious living room of approx. 67 m² on the second floor, featuring high ceilings. You immediately notice the abundance of natural light that characterizes this floor.

Second floor
The enormous living room of approx. 67 m² has two large windows on the left and right at the front and a pair of French doors in the center leading to a balcony with a view of Van Breestraat. At the rear is a large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door adjacent to a small balcony. Behind the elevator is a small hallway leading to a luxurious bathroom, fully tiled with ceramic marble. The kitchen is situated in the center. Ask the real estate agent during the viewing about the possibilities for finishing the space.

Third floor
Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor, where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, one small bedroom, and two very luxurious bathrooms. The large, luxurious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity with double sinks and mirror cabinets, and a wall-mounted Japanese toilet (Geberit Aquaclean MeraComfort). The small bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a vanity unit with a single sink and a mirror cabinet. Fourth floor - Roof terrace

A fantastic spot offering complete privacy and views over the characteristic rooftops of Oud-Zuid—in the summer, a true extension of the living room. The rooftop terrace features ambient lighting, a frost-proof water tap, and outlets with an internet connection.

The terrace decking (composite) is low-maintenance, as are the balustrade (black powder-coated aluminum) and the elevator enclosure (fully clad in zinc).

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating (adjustable by zone) and air conditioning (individually adjustable per room). All (LED) lighting in the apartment can be controlled traditionally via switches or via the home automation system.
