The complex on Hogevecht is situated in a park-like landscape. The complex is located on a low-traffic street and offers views of greenery at both the front and the rear.

Living in Zuidoost meets all the requirements one might expect from a residential neighborhood: shops, (music) schools, daycare centers, sports facilities, a swimming pool, public transport, and walking and cycling paths through green oases.
