Description:
Via the communal stairwell you reach the third floor. The apartment is located at the quiet rear of the building. The living/sleeping room is cleverly laid out: the sleeping area is screened off by sliding panels and the double bed can easily be lifted up using gas springs, creating space for a desk and additional storage.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances, including a gas hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and a stainless steel extractor hood. The bathroom features large white wall tiles and anthracite floor tiles, and is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. Finally, the apartment has a generous south-facing balcony of over 7 m2!

Ground lease:
This concerns a right of apartment on private ground lease land. The monthly ground lease canon is included in the monthly homeowners' association service costs. This canon is tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Furthermore, this means the asking price is lower than comparable properties on freehold land. The seller will provide a green ground lease opinion upon the purchase agreement: this means that this private ground lease contract meets the conditions under which banks are willing to process a mortgage loan application.
